Heredity had given this young woman from Florida large thigh bulges which she was unable to lose despite strenuous exercise and dieting. She was at her ideal body weight, yet the outer thighs remained large. After Dr Dowden performed tumescent liposuction for her, her thighs were more in proportion with the rest of her contours.
