Patient underwent attempt at left breast reconstruction following a modified mastectomy. She complained of the implant be to high and the difficulty of wearing her bra because of the asymmetry.

This is a 59 year old patient from Chula Vista California, who came to see double board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tom Pousti regarding removal and replacement of her silicone implants that she had since 1976. In 1980 the patient had to undergo another surgery for encapsulation and remove the scar tissue. After 30 years the patient had a rupture and needed them to be removed and replaced.
