This patient from New Jersey came to my office dissatisfied with her nasal appearance and nasal breathing after a motor vehicle accident. She was noted to have a deviated nasal septum internally which was corrected at surgery. She also had widening of the upper third of the nose with a small hump. Her tip was also too wide. The after pictures demonstrate a natural result 4 years after surgery.
