This patient complains of a dorsal hump. The tip is also pointing downward slightly although the tip elements themselves are aesthetically pleasing. After hump reduction and tip elevation with a small septal cartilage graft. Note the tip appears more refined due to graft support. Note the changes in the tip/nostril relationships after the graft.
