This 43 year old woman had a nasal injury many years ago. This left her with an abnormal profile, almost a "Boxer's Nose" and trouble breathing through her nose. This was corrected with cartelidge crafts from her ears to the nose and a rhinoplasty. If you look carefully you can just make out the incisions on her ears at the site of the graft harvesting.

These pictures are following Rhinoplasty in this 23 year old woman residing in Rahway, NJ. On the front view, you can see that the tip and bridge are narrowed. 2 weeks ago she had Silikon-1000 painlessly to enhance her lips. On the profile view, you can see that the tip is slightly rotated, and that the nose-bump is gone.
