This 43 year old woman is seen about one year after reconstruction of the left both breasts with implants. She had anatomical expanders placed at the initial procedure which were later exchanged for a permanent profile saline implants. This 49 year old woman is seen about one year after reconstruction of the left breast with a breast implant. She had an expander placed at the initial procedure which was later exchanged for a permanent profile saline implant. Reconstruction of the nipple and areola was also performed in addition to a mastopexy (lift) of the right side.
