This patient had 350 cc breast implants placed via the underarm, via incisions less than one inch long. Operative time is generally under 30 minutes for this approach. This is the result at only 8 days after surgery- note there is still some minor bruising on the breasts. The patient returned to work after 4 days. |

Patients with this degree of ptosis generally can have excellent results postop with implants alone (no lift). This patient had 350 cc breast implants placed via the underwire (submammary), via incisions less than one inch long. Operative time is generally under 30 minutes using the endoscope via this approach. |

This patient had 325 cc breast implants placed via the underarm, via incisions less than one inch long. Operative time is generally under 30 minutes for this approach. Note postoperatively, most of the breast fullness in implant, yet it looks very natural as there are no scars on the breast itself. |
