This 43 year old woman had a nasal injury many years ago. This left her with an abnormal profile, almost a "Boxer's Nose" and trouble breathing through her nose. This was corrected with cartelidge crafts from her ears to the nose and a rhinoplasty. If you look carefully you can just make out the incisions on her ears at the site of the graft harvesting. "I am very pleased with my surgery, it is so much better than I expected it. Dr. Kaye did a wonderful job."
