This 46 year old woman is seen about one year after reconstruction of the right breast using a pedicled TRAM flap. Reconstruction of the nipple and areola was performed at a later procedure in addition to a breast lift on the right side. Reconstruction of the nipple and areola was not desired by the patient as she was totally happy with her breast. Good symmetry is observed. The patient is obviously very pleased.
