This 26-year-old male comes in desiring body contouring. We performed liposuction of bilateral breasts, axillary fat pads, upper and lower abdomen and hips.

This 37-year-old male comes in desiring reduction of his male breast. We performed liposuction of his breast bilaterally.

This 28-year-old male comes in desirous of reduction of male breasts and abdomen. We performed liposuction of his breasts, axillary fat pads upper and lower abdomen, midriff-front, sides and back.

This young man had developed breast enlargement at puberty, and it persisted into his early twenties. When it became apparent that his condition of gynecomastia would not correct itself, he asked Dr Dowden to perform correction for him. After the procedure, his contours are normal male contours. The small red spot near the underarm is the small scar through which the liposuction instruments were inserted, which eventually faded out. It is not likely that the condition will return. (2885-)

Male breast tissue can be a nagging deformity. Surgical removal is often required. In this case, we were fortunate to provide a good result with liposuction only.
