This 46 year old cosmetic surgery patient from Dalton was concerned about prominent ears and desired an ear pinning procedure. Photos were taken one month after a bilateral otoplasty procedure.

Patient had Otoplasty where the protruding ears are literally "pinned back". Patient is very happy that she can now wear her hair tucked back without being embarrassed by her ears sticking out.
