This patient came to see Dr. Sam Richwine, Jr., with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville, with the desire to have larger breast implants. Patient presented with ruptured left breast implant performed by another surgeon more than 5 years ago. She requested implant removal on both sides and replacement with new implants. 450cc silicone gel implants were placed on each side through an inframammary approach.
