I was able to correct this quite well. She wanted the breasts to be fairly full in the upper part on each side, and this was achieved as well, while maintaining a fairly natural result. |

Height: 5'7" Gender: Female Skin Tone: Fair Point of Entry: Periareola (at the areola) Type of Implant: Saline filled Implant Placement: Partial Sub-Muscular (sub-pectoral, below pectoral) Description: This is a Costa Mesa woman who not only had asymmetry (her right breast was smaller and higher than the left breast pre-operatively), but notice the wide gap that the patient had between her breasts pre-operatively. I actually was very pleased with this post-operative result, given her significant pre-operative asymmetry. She was particularly pleased with the fact that I was able to create enough natural cleavage so that the breasts did not seem that there were so far apart. |

She has some asymmetry pre-operatively which I was able to correct fairly well. Although the implant is fairly generous in volume, the side and angle view still demonstrate a fairly “natural slope” to the upper part of the breast. The patient made it very clear that she did not want the “shelf-like” appearance of the upper part of the breast that she had commonly seen in women with breast implants. |

She was interested in going as full as she could, while still looking fairly natural. She had indicated to me pre-operatively that she did not mind a slight hint of roundness in the upper part of her breasts. Given her very narrow/long upper torso, I was able to place fairly generous volume implants (for her frame), and still obtain a fairly natural look (Note angled and side views again). |

She had some pre-existing psuedo-ptosis (slight sagging), which was nicely improved with the procedure. Notice the natural "sloping" of the breast in the upper part, even with a fairly generous implant volume. |

In this case, I was able to create a very natural appearance, yet provide her with ample volume. Especially note the angle and side view with respect to the natural sloping of the breasts. |
