Endoscopic Brow Lift

This patient is in her early 40's and had a brow lift and mid facelift. The result is subtle, yet refreshing to provide a more youthful look. The patient is shown here 1 month following surgery.

59 year old female who underwent endoscopic browlift and upper blepharoplasty.

Patient was bothered by her eye area. She did not like the puffiness and loose skin on the lower eyelids as well as the loose skin on the upperlids. Patient did not have a sufficient amount of excess skin on the upperlids to get a noticable result from having a Blepharoplasy on the lowerlids. Patient came in for consultation bothered by his droopy upperlids. Patient definetely had overhang of skin on the upperlids but also had low set brows which contributed to developing the overhang of skin. To address both issues patient had a Bilateral Endoscopic Browlift and Bilateral Upperlid Blepharoplasty performed under IV Sedation.

Patient came in for consultation on upper eylids. During the consultation patient was bothered by saggy skin on the upperlids. This skin was brow skin and not eyelid skin. This is caused from low set brows which can be improved with an Endoscopic Browlift. The procedure is done under IV Sedation and takes about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Once the bruising and swelling healed, patient could tell a big difference in the appearance around her eyes.

The lower eyelid was done through a transconjunctival approach.

This is a very pleasant 44-year old female who has undergone an endoscopic browlift and a neck lift. Note: The upper perioral area has been opened to a much more youthful appearance. The neck has more definition through an excision of skin that was made behind the ear. An oversewing of the platysmal was done at the midline.

This is a 51-year old female who underwent an endoscopic browlift and upper lid blepharoplasty. The endoscopic browlift raised the eyebrow approximately 6 mm on the left and 8 mm on the right. The upper eyelid skin was excised as well. Note: The overall open appearance of the upper eyelid and the more youthful appearance.
