This 38-year old patient from Temecula, California was interested in breast augmentation with breast lift (mastopexy). After having children, the patient became unhappy with her post-baby breast. In order to achieve her desired look, 550cc silicone-gel breast implants was used in both breasts, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 4-months post op surgery.
Patient did not want to be larger but desired only lifting of the breast. The results are great but some patients may require more 'projection' of the breast which would be accomplished with the addition of an implant to the mastopexy or breast lift.
