31 year old, 5' 6", 130 lb, Illinois woman felt she had lost the full volume of her breasts after her two children. She had also undergone a previous breast reduction. She felt her breasts were now too low and too flat. She desired full sexy breasts without being obvious. Before: 34 full B/small C to 34 full C.
This woman disliked the deflation and descent of her nipples that she experienced after breastfeeding her 2 children. She was happy with the size of her breasts in a bra (34B),but she desired a perkier shape with more superior fullness. A periareolar mastopexy or lift combined with an augmentation was performed. She chose Mentor 325cc Moderate Plus Gel implants. She is very pleased with her final result.
This woman suffered from deflation and droopiness of her breasts after breastfeeding her two children. Pre-op, she wore a 36C bra. She wanted to be slighlty larger, but her primary goal was better shape and perkiness to her breasts. A vertical mastopexy or breast lift with augmentation was performed to achieve her goals. Mentor 275cc Moderate Plus Gel implants were used for the augmentation.
In order to complete her "before baby body" makeover, she also had an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck.
