This is a 30-year-old from Oceanside, California 3-month post-op breast augmentation and mastopexy surgery. In order to achieve what she was looking for Dr. Pousti performed a breast lift with implants. He used 500cc silicone-gel implants made by the Mentor Corporation. The implants still need to settle but the patient is already very happy with her results.

This 34 year old patient from San Diego, CA was interested in breast augmentation with a lift. She was referred to Dr. Pousti by a friend and previous patient. She was unhappy with the lok of her breasts after losing weight. She has 420cc saline filled implants made by Inamed Corportaion. She is 2 months post op surgery and very happy with her results.
I had a breast reduction & nipple repositioning years ago, leaving me with nipples that were too high & deflated breasts. Dr Porcaro did lifts at the same time silicone breast implants were placed.
