This is a 64 year old female patient from San Diego, California who previously underwent a breast augmentation performed by another surgeon and was not fully satisfied with the results. This is a 23-year-old from Jamul, California 2 months post-op breast augmentation surgery. She had previous surgery done by another doctor and came to Dr. Pousti to revise her previous surgery. She had 600cc silicone-gel implants placed under the muscle. She is very pleased with her results.

This 26 year-old female from Bloomington Indiana had a prior saline breast augmentation procedure that resulted in one breast looking different from the other. This patient had undergone submuscular saline augmentation approximately 18 months ago by another plastic surgeon. Her implants in the preop photos are noted to be below the fold of her breasts. This was corrected surgically and implants were replaced to 371 cc silicone.
