This patient was unhappy with the "double bubble" appearance of her breasts. The distortion was even more prominent when flexing her pectoral muscle. The "double bubble" was fixed and the patient elected to go slightly larger as well.

This 57 year old patient from Temecula, California was interested in revisionary breast surgery.
