This patient has had breast augmentation surgery in January 2007 and is almost 1 1/2 years post-op with saline implants filled to 270 cc on the left and the right side made by the Inamed Corporation. This patient is very happy to have had Dr. Pousti as her surgeon. |

We obtained a beautiful result in the C cup range with 375cc implants placed with attention to increase the areola to fold distance. Full control of the area below the nipple was obtained with an incision in the edge of the areola. Our periareolar incision are 3/4" long and designed to preserve nerve supply to the nipple. |

Our plan consisted of increasing symmetry, improving cleavage and upper brast pole fill, and balancing her chest width with an appropriate sized implant to fulfill her wish to fit a C cup bra. |
