This patient was our first survivor patient. Her lateral broke off at the gumline and could not be saved. Her teeth were gray due to staining. She suffered from dry mouth due to chemotherapy in 1995 which resulted in many root canals, fillings, and crowns. Her main concern was the many different colored crowns placed in the past giving her what she called "a lightbulb" on the bottom.
