Helen, from Sharonville, Ohio wanted the gap between her front teeth filled. This task seemed almost impossible with out orthodontics, but she insisted. After carefull planning, it was determined that we could close the gap with crowns. This is one of the most amazing space closures we have done at our Cincinnati office.

This before photo provides an excellent example of what Dr. Costaras calls the “general dentistry approach to cosmetics,” and why it doesn't create an appealing smile. Despite the fact that this patient clearly needed full mouth reconstruction, her dentist chose to treat one or two teeth at a time using standard restorative products and procedures so the treatment would be covered by dental insurance benefits. This patient was unhappy with the way his teeth made his face appear older than his real age. As they began planning their wedding, his fiancé (a dentist) recommended he have a cosmetic consultation with Dr. Costaras.
