The patient had two older porcelain fused to metal crown on her two upper front teeth. The color from this type of crowns is unnatural. The two new Porcelain Crowns closed up the space between the two from teeth, and presents a more natural appearance.

She decided to replace just the 2 front crowns. It was interesting to find out that the previous DDS had replaced the crowns twice. Still, the result was less than optimal and more importantly,it was not acceptable to the Patient.

This patient had many chipped, broken and discolored front teeth. Ceramic crowns were pleced on the upper 4 front teeth, and porcelain veneers were placed on the lower front teeth.

After many years of thinking about "fixing her front teeth" it was finally decided upon. First step in correcting this less than ideal smile, was to wax up a diagnostic model to the ideal proportions and fabricate a clear plastic stent that would enable us to transfer the ideal to the patient's mouth. This technique is crucial, as it allows the patient to preview the proposed changes to the smile, before it is finalized in the form of porcelain veneers or laminates. This patient wore a partial denture, but didnt like that when he took it out he was missing a front tooth. We improved his smile and made fixed bridge and veneers in front and a new partial denture to restore his missing back teeth

After large fillings , it is common for the nerve in a tooth to die. Often, the tooth will discolor. In this situation, the patient was concerned about the discoloration. We found that the nerve had died. After root canal therapy , we placed a highly aesthetic crown to perfectly match the surrounding natural teeth.
