"I am a 40 year old smoker and have had dental problems consistently since the birth of my first child 10-3/4 years ago.
My two front teeth are rotting out and as you can imagine, it totally ruins my smile. I had one filled but it now has a hole in it. I do not have health insurance right now so anything I have done I will have to finance myself.
My question is, which would be less expensive, to have both teeth filled or to have them pulled and replaced with dentures of some sort?"

This patient required 4 implants to replace her lower posterior teeth. We placed the implants and 6 weeks later we put the teeth on. She had minimal if any discomfort.
Single tooth implant. This patient lost her front tooth due to a failed root canal. She was estatic about the results. She is confident with her smile and can chew anything.
This case took about one year. This patient had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. He had minimal discomfort controlled with over the counter medications. He is very happy because he no longer has to ever take his teeth out which he previously had to do for 40 years.
