Full Mouth Reconstruction / Rehabilitation Pictures

This patient required a extensive rehabilitation to restore his function and appearance. Implants and crowns were utilized.

Tom had trouble with his bite and was having excessive wear of his lower teeth due to the deep overbite. He hated the color of his teeth and the poorly done dentistry in the past. He wanted white, straight teeth that he could be proud to show off and loves all the compliments he has been getting.

This young lady is in sales. She was plagued by an unwillingness to show off her smile. After a full mouth reconstruction, she smiles constantly and says her sales have skyrocketed!! She told me that recently she was doing a sales pitch to a dentist, and mentioned that her teeth were crowns, veneers and bridges. The dentist was shocked and said, "I have never seen such beautiful work. I never would have known they weren't your own teeth!" (...and yes, she did get the sale.)

Here is one of the most remarkable full mouth reconstructions I have ever seen. This lady lived with the before teeth for the majority of her lifetime, and then finally decided it was time to give herself a gift. As you can see the transformation is astounding.

This patient has some previous crowns over 25 yrs old, and the patient grinds her teeth. The old crowns were very worn, discolored and uneven looking. She was concerened with the severe wear, and unatractive look of her lower teeth. To restore this case, we need to bring the patient bite back to a normal height.

Patient enjoys eating and smiling again. Patient's confidence and self-esteem is back!

This patient won our survivor smile makeover in 2009. She is very good at taking care of her teeth. When she was little, there was a baseball accident resulting in a major root canal in the front and a crown. The root canal severely discolored that tooth. As a single mother with 2 children, she never had the means for braces to straighten and fix her smile. We straightened her smile with 8 veneers and crowns and lightened up her dark tooth. This patient thought everything was hopeless. He had two children and had committed his time and money to them and now felt it was time for him to do something for himself. THis patient had very little discomfort. We were able to make bridges for his lower teeth and we made him an upper denture. Someday, if he becomes dissatisfied with the upper denture we will give him implants.

This patient was our first survivor patient. Her lateral broke off at the gumline and could not be saved. Her teeth were gray due to staining. She suffered from dry mouth due to chemotherapy in 1995 which resulted in many root canals, fillings, and crowns. Her main concern was the many different colored crowns placed in the past giving her what she called "a lightbulb" on the bottom.
