This 14 year old female was self-conscience about spacing between her front teeth. Composite resin was bonded to the teeth, without anesthesia, to close the spaces.

This patient had what is called a "peg" lateral incisor, which means the tooth is malformed and much smaller than the other teeth. She had just completed orthodontic treatment.
