Tonya was unhappy with the dental work that had previously been done to replace a missing tooth and also a crown that was discolored and so large that it didn't fit into her smile. The crown had metal in it that showed up near the gumline. After we discussed her options with her, Tonya decided she wanted her smile to be lighter and also more uniform. To acheive this we placed several crowns, veneers, and a new bridge to replace the missing tooth. We used Cercon, and Finesse Ceramic to achiev...
Donna has been a patient for about 3 years. During this time we talked about giving her a new smile. She finally agreed. This case has a bridge, some veneers, some onlays and even a crown. She smiles more now.
These two different cases show how modern metal-free Porcelain Crowns can completely renew teeth and smiles while repairing and protecting teeth from breakage and decay.
This young lady was about to be married. Her lateral incisors had always been narrow, and a previous dentist had placed short, fat porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns on them. Unfortunately, the teeth still looked too short and "gummy", the color was poor and the metal showed.
A minor cosmetic gum lift to align the gums allowed us to place new metal-free ceramic crowns that had the proper proportions. A detailed color mapping including the use of our X-Rite Shade Vision computerized shade scanner...
This young woman was missing a tooth on her upper left side. She was also concerned about her uneven, discolored and mismatched teeth. She had spaces, poorly matched old crowns, and large old silver amlagam fillings on her back teeth.
A fixed (non-removable) ceramic bridge was used to replace the missing tooth, and all other teeth received individual porcelain crowns.

Erin is a young lady who was very uncomfortable with the spaces in her smile. She was missing permanent teeth that never did come in after her "baby" teeth fell out. Several years ago a dentist tried to close the gaps a little but, it just never looked right to her.
After discussing all of Erin's concerns we decided to come up with a strategy that would give her a smile to be proud of. Erin was not interested in going through braces to straighten her teeth, she was looking for immediate resu...
Carol knew initially before coming to our practice that she wanted to have her teeth "fixed". She was looking for an office that had advanced technology and the ability to do some of the advanced complex procedures she would have to undergo to get her smile the way she wanted it. Carol spent alot of time researching and looking at different providers on the internet, so we were flattered when we found out she chose us!
Carol had several teeth in the front that had unfortunately been treated...
This patient had a complaint of bleeding gums and front crowns that were too short, square and dark. An oral examination revealed that the crowns were irritating the gum tissue. The old crowns were removed, temporary crowns placed and the gum tissue was allowed to heal. This patient is on television frequently and wanted extremely white teeth. Notice how the new crowns are slightly longer and the biting edges are more rounded, giving her a more youthful appearance. We are now in the process of p...
