"I am a 40 year old smoker and have had dental problems consistently since the birth of my first child 10-3/4 years ago.

This lady had some decayed teeth that needed extractions and to be replaced in order to prevent further drifting or TMJ problems. After the teeth were extracted and the bone and tissue healed, the adjacent teeth were also prepared for crowns due to decay.
