This is demonstrated on her basal view with severe deviation of her nasal septum to the right obstructing her nostril. Her nasal tip is also quite asymmetric. Otherwise her nasal profile was quite nice and she wished to maintain that appearance. She also was interested in improvement for her chin and neck as well as facial skin. She underwent a functional and cosmetic septorhinoplasty, chin augmentation with neck contouring and full face chemical peel.
