She was a very challenging case as she was found to have a severely overdeveloped cartilaginous lower nose with cartilage bending into the nostrils.

Details: Her frontal view shows the severely overdeveloped and asymmetric cartilage.

Details: The lateral view shows the nose to be over projected (tip too big) and an upturned nose. Her post-surgical views show the nose much straighter with correction of the cartilage asymmetry. The lateral view shows the reduction in nasal size and decreased rotation of the nasal tip.
