Before and After Correction of Breast Asymmetry: She is 5'8" and weighs 166 pounds. Here is a 36-year-old woman who was bothered by the significant difference in the size of her breasts. She also said that she wanted to be larger than she was. Upon examination Dr. Reath found that she had excess skin in her right breast and none in her left. He performed an augmentation using 325cc saline breast implants on her right breast and an augmentation mastopexy using 400cc implants on her left breast. Both implants were placed on top of her chest muscles. She is pictured here before and 6 months after her surgery.
