She was happy with the size of breasts and didn?t want to add an implant, but she wasn?t comfortable with the way her breasts sagged. She wanted to restore their youthful, perky appearance, while maintaining their size. She opted to undergo a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift). She had a great result and she was very pleased with the outcome ? and thrilled with the fact that she could now wear halter tops and dresses with confidence.
