This 24 year old woman from Fenton, Michigan is seen 2 years after a SPAIR mastopexy and a full abdominoplasty. This amazing technique allows a reduction in scarring and improved shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural round and full contour. There was no reduction in volume but she went from a C/D to a D cup. Remember, every breast reduction gets a lift but not every lift gets a reduction. Her scars are almost inperceptable and needless to say, she is ecstatic about her results.
