This 37 year old woman had tuberous breasts with extra wide separation. Moreover, her breasts were beginning to sag. After a thorough 45 minute consultation exploring the patient's objectives, lifestyle, and lifestage, Dr. Reddy discussed the breast augmentation and breast lift options that the patient had.

Dr. Reddy performed the breast enlargement and mastopexy surgery at the West Palm Beach Plastic Surgery Center, his AAAASF nationally accredited facility, utilizing MD Anesthesiologists providing general anesthesia.

During the breast augmentation surgery, Dr. Reddy implanted 300 cc saline breast implants filled to 315 cc. Dr. Reddy placed the breast implants submuscular. Dr. Reddy also performed a circum vertical mastopexy.
