Breast Implant Revision Before and After Pictures by Tom J. Pousti, MD, FACS

This 29 year old from Arkansas was interested in revisionary breast surgery after her previous breast augmentation left her with an implant mal position. She was unsatisfied with her implant size, placement, and the "bottoming out" of her implants that she was experiencing. She began researching for a surgeon that performed a vast number of breast revision surgeries and would be able to achieve the best results for her. The patient found double board certified surgeon, Dr. Tom Pousti and immediately felt his credentials and knowledge of plastic surgery stood out from the rest of the surgeons she had found. After exchanging emails and telephone calls, the patient knew she had found her surgeon, and decided to fly to California to have her surgery performed. To correct the implant mal position, Dr. Pousti removed the patients previous implants, repaired the breast pocket using internal sutures, and replaced the old implants with 500cc silicone gel implants placed below the muscle. She is now 3 years post-op and extremely satisfied with her breast revision results.
