Breast Implant Revision Before and After Pictures by Tom J. Pousti, MD, FACS

This 45-year old patient from Sussex, New Jersey who was unhappy with her previous breast augmentation surgery. The patient is status post breast augmentation in 1999, and re-augmentation in 2000, and due to deflation in her right breast, the patient looked into revisionary breast surgery. The patient wanted the best and most experienced Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to perform her surgery, and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. After reviewing before and after pictures and seeing pervious patients with the same complications on his website, the patient flew into San Diego to meet with Dr. Pousti. During her consultation, the patient explained she has a history of constricted, tuberous (tubular) breast deformity, and also would like to significantly increase the size of her breasts. Understanding the patients needs and concerns, in order to achieve her desired look, release of her constrictive breasts (in both breasts) with saline breast implants, filled to 930cc in her left breast and 950cc in her right breast for symmetry. The patient is now 5-days post-op surgery and is back in New Jersey healing nicely. The patient is very please with the results of her surgery and will be following up via phone and e-mail.
