Details: Should you have both upper and lower eyelids done together? You can have either the upper or lower eyelids done together or separately. If your problem areas are more prominent in one region then you will only need one area done. However, most patients find they get more dramatic results and a more symmetrical appearance if both areas are done at the same time.
