This patient had breast augmentation and abdominoplasty. Breast augmentation was done with Mentor Saline 500cc smooth round high profile implants. They were placed in the submuscular plane through axillary incisions under general anesthesia in my San Jose operating room. Her recovery was uneventful and she was very happy with the outcome.
