I am deeply indebted to my patient for agrreing to have her photographs published on the Net without masking her features. It takes courage, confidence and trust in one's physician to do that. This is a primary rhinoplasty. Contrary to secondary nose surgery where the focus is on correction, the essential aim of primary rhinoplasty is on the subtility of the result.

Details: There is nothing wrong with the original nose except for a perception of a slightly droopy tip (this was the patient's impression). The goal was to maintain the good features of this nose while giving the patient what she was asking for.
