I am deeply appreciative to my patient for having agreed to her facial features being seen on the net. This is a secondary rhinoplasty, the most difficult operation in esthetic surgery. The original surgery was performed 25 years ago. It left the patient with an imbalance between dorsum and tip, a hanging columella and difficulty breathing due to a collapsed middle vault. This surgery corrected all anomalies.
