59 year old, Female

59 year old Orange female with significant upper facial and lower facial laxity, including eyelids and neck. 6 months post-operative upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower face and neck lift with CO2 laser resurfacing of peri-oral region This patient posed several challenges preoperatively. Most significantly, her neck was very full with a significant amount of excess skin, muscle, and fatty tissue. Pay particular attention to the side views. Overall, I was able to obtain a significant improvement in all areas of the face, while maintaining a fairly natural appearance.
