31 year Orange County female with interests in having improved contour of the outer and inner thighs 7 months postoperative liposuction of outer and inner thighs This is a fairly standard result with liposuction of these areas, which are the most common areas that I operate on. Again, what most patients do not understand is that the recovery is fairly straightforward. Patients are able to walk around right away, and very rarely do my patients require narcotic oral pain medications after the first one or two days. I do recommend that patients wear a compressive garment for the first several weeks to minimize swelling.
