This is a Newport Coast female with excess skin of upper eyelids (pre-existing eyelid asymmetry), generalized facial and neck skin laxity. 8 months post-operative upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) with lower facelift/necklift This patient is a great candidate for this procedure, as she is very thin without a lot of subcutaneous fat in the face, jowl area. Her result gives her a more well-defined jawline, as well as neck line. Importantly, she does not have any distortion around the eyes or around the mouth ( a "surgical look"). If the incisions are placed appropriately, and technically executed correctly, one should not be able to see the scars after several months. As one can see, she can wear her hair "up" without having to worry about any scars being perceptible.
