51 year old Costa Mesa female with early eyelid and facial laxity 8 months post operative upper eyelid blepharoplasty with lower facelift. For this patient, this constituted more of a "freshening up" of the face. She had yet to demonstrate significant aging changes, but she wanted early facial rejuvenation to "stay on top" of any changes that were occurring. She has a very natural result; again, notice that there is no distortion around the eyes or the mouth.
