Labiaplasty
29 year old, Female, 146 lbs lbs, 5'7", Fair skin tone
This 29 year-old woman from Ellis, Kansas found Board Certified Gynecologist, fellowship-trained in urogynecology and master cosmetic gynecologist, Dr. Oscar Aguirre, from an internet search for labia reduction (labiaplasty / labioplasty) and vaginal rejuvenation. She has been bothered by the aesthetic appearance of her vulva due to a gaping introitus and elongated and dark labia minora. She is also very worried about vaginal looseness and decreased sensation that both her and her partners experience. She is 6 weeks post-op from Laser Posterior Vaginal Rejuvenation, Laser Perineal Rejuvenation, Laser Reduction Labiaplasty and Clitoral Hood Reduction. Please see Case #25300 to view her Vaginal Rejuvenation photos. She will be returning for in-office liposuction of her abdomen and thighs. During the last few months Dr. Aguirre treated women from Wyoming, Utah, California, Texas, Kansas, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, and Oklahoma. Call or email today.

Labiaplasty Photos - Angle 1
Details: Labial hypertrophy is gone with a natural appearance. This patient exemplifies the reason why women should be careful in choosing the right surgeon to perform their surgery. A plastic surgeon doesn't have the training to address both the aesthetic and functional concerns of the vagina. A general gynecologist doesn't have the experience or training to address the cosmetic concerns nor the surgical volume to address the functional concerns well. An urogynecologist with expertise in cosmetic surgery is the answer. Labiaplasty Photos - Angle 2
Details: In the preop photo you see redundant prepuce bilaterally (large clitoral hood) which was excised at the time of the labia reduction. A smaller clitoral hood is seen post op. Labiaplasty Photos - Angle 3
Details: Protruding labia minora are now gone. The large clitoral hood is reduced as well with a natural youthful look as a result. |
