58 year old, Female, 153 lbs, 5'4", Fair skin tone
This 58 year old woman from Littleton, Colorado who 4 months earlier underwent, per Dr. Aguirre, a sling procedure to address her urinary incontinence and aesthetic vaginal and vulvar surgery to address her looseness with sex. She underwent In-office AWAKE Vaser Liposelection of the abdomen and flanks. This was performed purely under tumescent anesthesia (local) with no pain medication at the patient's request.
