43 yo physician from Westminster, Colorado who has been bothered by large labia her whole life and vaginal looseness since the delivery of her children. She identified Dr. Aguirre through an Internet search. She underwent Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation, Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the labia minora, and Excision of Redundant Prepuce using the Ellman Surgitron RadioFrequency Device. She had previously had unsatisfactory liposuction of the abdomen and pubic mons by her plastic surgeon several years back and chose to undergo In-Office AWAKE Laser Assisted Liposculpture of the abdomen, pubic mons and medial thighs 4 weeks after her vaginoplasty and labiaplasty per Dr. Aguirre (see case #21288).
