44 year old, Female, 105 lbs lbs, 5'5", Fair skin tone
This 44 year hold professional woman from Centennial, Colorado was referred to Dr. Aguirre after an Internet search for a long history of aesthetic concerns regarding the appearance of her vulva. She is married and a mother of 2 teenage children. She has been bothered by the long and dark labia minora and sagging labia majora. Dr. Aguirre recommended Laser Reduction Labiaplasty. In the office under local anesthesia she had the following: 1) Laser reduction labiaplasty of the labia minora using the Ellman Surgitron radiofrequency device 2) Excision of redundant prepuce bilaterally 3) Excision of anal skin tags 4) Removal of three small condylomatous lesions perianally and of small raised nodule at anal verge.

Details: Labia majora no longer appear sagging and are now fuller in appearance. Dr. Aguirre recommended against labia majora reduction since correction of the labia minora hypertrophy and excess prepuce would give the desired cosmetic appearance that she and many women long for. This patient is VERY pleased.
