This 43 year old woman from Littleton, Colorado, was referred by her gynecologist for surgical management od urinary incontinence and prolapse. At her initial consultation we discussed her lifelong concerns regarding her large labia. She had been told by several doctors that this was "normal" and that she shouldn't worry about it. Dr Aguirre suggested Aesthetic Vaginal and Vulvar surgery at the time of her pelvic floor reconstruction. She was impressed by Dr. Aguirre's fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery and advanced training and experience in Aesthetic Vaginal Surgery. She had a Posterior PROLIFT and TVT-SECUR sling to address her prolapse and incontinence followed by Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation and Laser Reduction Labiaplasty with Clitral Hood Reduction to address her vaginal looseness and aesthetic vulvar concerns. She is very happy with her new look and improved sexual function.
