Pacific In Vitro Fertilization Institute is the largest and most experienced IVF clinic in Hawaii. Since opening its doors in 1985, we have helped more than 2,500 couples from Hawaii, and around the world, achieve their dream of starting a family.

Dr. McNamee is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Hawaii School of Medicine, with 37 years of infertility experience including microsurgery, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, laser surgery, ultrasound and pelviscopy.  His writings are widely published and he is a respected lecturer at national and international conferences on reproductive medicine.
